Code of Conduct

Kenmare Performing Arts wants to provide a fun, safe, and friendly experience for everyone involved, so in order to achieve this, we must have the members all support the same goal.
 

Kenmare Performing Arts Staff will:
 

  • Provide fun and educational sessions in a safe and encouraging environment.

  • Be available to all young people with an interest in theatre, music and performing who have a commitment to increase and further their skills and knowledge.

  • Treat all members with respect.

 

Kenmare Performing Arts Members must:

  • Give their full commitment to the classes or lesson they join.

  • Show a willingness to learn and be keen to participate in activities and exercises.

  • At all times work towards creating an environment that every member can work in.

  • Respect and listen to the Director and Assistant Directors.

  • Respect all other Members of Kenmare Performing Arts.

  • Respect all property belonging to the venue, Kenmare Performing Arts and other members.

  • Be punctual and reliable and attend regularly. 

 

Children must be brought into the building by a parent/guardian and collected inside the building by a parent/guardian in a timely manner. (Unless other arrangements are agreed upon with the Parent and Director). 
 

Membership fees must be paid prior to term in order to participate.
 

Exclusion:
In the unlikely event that any member’s behaviour does not comply with the agreed code of conduct, they will receive a verbal warning from the Director and the Parents /Guardians will be notified in writing. Any further breach of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the sessions or lessons.
